Stronger Security, Log In and Passwords

Stronger Security Overview
Most Financial Institutions use stronger security to recognize the computer that you log in from. This means that you get additional security even if your login ID and password are compromised. If you try to log in from an unrecognized computer, you will be required to provide One Time PIN (OTP) or answer a challenge question before you are allowed to log in.

Another level of security is the use of a login image and phrase. The purpose of the login Image and phrase is to verify the website you are using. If you do not see your image and phrase, then you might be on an unsafe or fraudulent website.
